ABOUT KINSELLA MEDIA
It is no exaggeration to say that our founder, Katherine Kinsella, is an industry giant. A nationally recognized expert in the design, preparation, and dissemination of legal notice, Kathy helped to set, reinforce, and revolutionize the standards for due process notices and quantifiable measurement of reach.
Kathy founded our firm 1991 after a successful career as a high-level communications strategist in the advertising, marketing, and public relations fields.
As the leader of Kinsella Media and one of the primary architects of the field, she worked to establish the methodology and quantification methods that became the industry standard for class action notification programs—standards that continue to guide the firm’s approach to notice.
Under her leadership, the firm developed and implemented some of the most complex notice programs in the class action industry. Kathy’s case leadership includes cases involving asbestos, home siding products, NFL concussions, Holocaust claims, polybutylene plumbing, pharmaceuticals, civil rights, and tobacco. Her work has drawn praise, called “brilliant … the best notice I’ve seen since I’ve been on the bench” by Judge Charles R. Breyer.
Kathy is the author or co-author of many thought leadership articles and communications, and she has spoken at numerous conferences, events, and symposiums.
