Notice to individuals who have suffered personal injuries requires an extraordinary effort to make sure that the notice thoroughly reaches the class with understandable and respectful information. Kinsella Media’s experience first developed in asbestos litigation has proved invaluable in crafting solid notice plans that go above and beyond due process.
