Class Member Research
Our in-depth research methods help find and notify potential class members. We research the claim at issue and identify its relationship to a population’s location and characteristics. For example, with a product liability claim, Kinsella Media uses accredited consumer survey data and other data sources to investigate how, when, where, and by whom the product was used. We then analyze this information to determine class member demographics— such as age, gender, income, and education level—and geographic distribution. Dr. Shannon Wheatman's background in statistical analysis allows us to often calculate the size of the class and quantify how well direct notice reaches class members.
